| When I discovered UPshow last year, I knew I had to have it. I love the ease of allowing guests to share fun moments and silliness while paying tribute to the guests of honor at a wedding, or just bonding at a corporate event.
At a private party I used UPshow to encourage more guest participation in our dueling pianos show. The response from the virtual photo booth has been phenomenal. Guests love it because they can easily and quickly share their favorite memories with everyone at a wedding. They also don’t have to wait their turn to get inside a photo booth.
Brides and grooms love it because they can go back and search their hashtag to see all the photos and videos (yeah videos too!) after their wedding to see what they missed and have a nice laugh or share a memorable moment.
The introduction of the photo booth has changed the way guests can share their memories. The virtual photo booth makes it easier, far less expensive (less than 60% the cost of a photo booth) and much more fun.
Augmented reality on smart phones is taking the place of props and making guest photos even more creative. Everyone gets a chance to share. The way we do it is we place instructions on our request slips. Request slips are placed on every table. We also have instructions that appear on the TV screen itself.
